Position Summary:
Candidate will support the site Material Control Group\. The Clerk will perform all duties in conjunction with the Jacob?s procedures and work practices\. Those duties will require compliance with the confidentiality agreement of the project\. The position requires a commitment to learning and understanding the fundamental concept of Site Material control\. A receiving clerk must have a great eye for detail\. The position is flexible and designed to bridge the gap with other Materials Team members\.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control\.
+ Work alongside contractor QC representatives for all incoming deliveries\.
+ Help coordinate inside or outside laydown areas on deliveries\.
+ Maintain the requisition log\.
+ Making sure deliveries are correctly labeled\.
+ Maintain the Site Equipment log\.
+ Login and document submission as required to support MC\.
+ Various duties as project progresses at directive of the Site Construction Manager\.
Qualifications
+ 3 years of experience\.
+ Industrial construction experience, a plus\.
+ Solid understanding of health and safety regulations\.
+ Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail\.
+ Good communicator and self\-motivated\.
+ Working knowledge of computer programs, \(Microsoft Office \(Word, Excel, Outlook, etc?\)\)\.
+ Knowledge of Material Management systems\.
Other Essential Functions:
Intermittent setting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting\. Lifting requirements limited to 35 pounds\. In the form of office supplies, drawings, etc\. Longest distance of carry 100 feet\. Hand manipulation is required for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation\. Right and/or left hands utilized\. Occasional need to reach and/or work above the shoulders, for supplies, as well as below the shoulder for same\. Must be alert to equipment in the office\.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
