Summary:
Reporting to the Sales Manager the Customer Service Representative will support sales and production in satisfying the customer's request by following the customer service process.
They will receive customer calls for order placement and/or order replacement questions, resolving issues as they arise.
The Customer Service Rep.
will follow up with customers on orders, quotes, and shipment tracking, working closely with production, sales reps, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.
They will have a continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and resolve problems.
Primary Roles &
Responsibilities:
Builds and maintains business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty.
Promptly responds to customer needs.
Proactively manage customer accounts Notifying customers of any variance to expectations Handles administrative tasks as follows:
Customer setup Enter sales orders into system.
Invoicing Key Skills:
Ability to maintain an excellent working relationship with all co-workers, sales force, and other employees and most importantly, our customers.
Ability to multitask/prioritize with a positive attitude.
Ability to work within time restraints.
Ability to effectively present information to customers and all cross functional areas.
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software.
Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including telephone skills and email communication.
